We're onboarding launching customers

Dealroom360 isn't finished, and we'd rather say so. We're working with a small group of Salesforce teams to build it in the open. They get direct input on what ships, and keep launching-customer pricing for a year after launch.

A native managed package
Installed from AppExchange into your own org. No middleware, no data sitting in a third-party CRM copy.
Buyers never get an account
Access is a single-use magic link that expires in 30 minutes. No passwords to reset, nothing for a buyer to forget.
Your data stays yours
Salesforce is the source of truth. Every room is scoped to your org on its own subdomain.

One deal, one room, zero context-switching

The seller works entirely in Salesforce. The buyer gets a clean, guided room. Everything stays in sync.

Made for Salesforce

Built where your sellers already are

No new tool to adopt and no tab to remember. Dealroom360 installs as a native managed package, so the room is just another thing your reps manage from the record they already have open. Nobody writes a call log again: every interaction in the room comes back as an activity on the opportunity, already summarised.
  • Build a personalised dealroom straight from the Opportunity
  • Questions, bookings and live chats are summarised by AI and logged as Salesforce Activities, automatically
  • Contracts signed in Dealroom360 land back as Salesforce Documents
  • Room events move the opportunity stage on their own

One personal link

One link for the entire deal

Deals stall in inboxes. A dealroom replaces the thread of attachments with one address the buying committee can return to, and that you can actually see into.
  • No logins to chase, just a magic link that expires in 30 minutes
  • DPA, security documentation and legal terms in one place
  • Every stakeholder sees the same current version

A shared path to signature

Everyone agrees on the next step in the meeting and forgets it by Thursday. A shared plan keeps the date, the owner and the blocker visible to both sides.
  • Agenda items synced with Salesforce, Outlook and Google Calendar
  • Prospects book time with you from inside the room
  • A mutual action plan that carries into onboarding
  • Reminders land in the buyer’s inbox, not just yours

Slack

Know what happens between meetings

The most useful signal in a deal is what the buyer does when you're not on the call. Dealroom360 puts that where your team already talks.
  • Buyer activity posted to the deal channel as it happens
  • Chat with your prospect without leaving Slack
  • See which stakeholder actually opened the security pack

Sign with the tools you already love

No more repetitive slide decks and spreadsheets, and no more hunting for the executed version six months later.
  • Prospects sign and close proposals directly form the dealroom
  • DocuSign and PandaDoc, not a signature product you have to buy
  • Never lose a document, the signed contract files itself back into the Salesforce opportunity

Two rooms

Engage everyone in the deal, then keep them

The same room, pointed at two different jobs.

For account executives

Digital Sales Room

From first meeting to signature. Work the deal with the buying committee in one place instead of a thread of attachments.

  • Mutual action plan
  • Data room
  • Proposal and signature
  • Stakeholder visibility
For customer success

Digital Customer Success Room

The handover stops being a cliff. Onboarding plans, resources and support carry on in the room the customer already knows.

How it works

From CRM record to a live buyer room in minutes

Step 01

Sell in Salesforce

Build the room from the opportunity, adding topics, files and stakeholders without leaving your CRM.

Step 02

Share one link

The buyer opens their room with a secure email link. No accounts, no friction, always current.

Step 03

Move the deal in Slack

Your team sees what the buyer does, so momentum never depends on someone refreshing a tab.

The things people ask first

Do buyers need an account?
No, and they never will. A buyer enters their email and gets a single-use link that expires in 30 minutes. There is no password to set, forget or reset, and nothing for procurement to review.
Is this a managed package?
Yes. Dealroom360 installs into your own Salesforce org as a native managed package. Your sellers work entirely on the Salesforce side; the buyer-facing room is the only thing that lives outside it.
Where does the room content come from?
Salesforce, always. It is the source of truth: the package pushes changes to the room as you make them, and a room only becomes reachable once you publish it. Drafts are never exposed.
What does it cost?
Launching customers are free during early access. After that, sellers are billed per seat and buyers are always free. See pricing for the detail.
When can we start?
We're onboarding a small group of launching customers now, one org at a time. Join the waitlist and we'll email you as soon as there's a place.

Turn your pipeline into shared momentum

Tell us how your team sells today and we'll show you the room your buyers would get.

  • A 20-minute walkthrough, not a pitch deck
  • We build a room from one of your real opportunities
  • You keep it, whether or not you go ahead

Prefer email? [email protected]

We'll reply within one working day. No sales sequence, we promise.

Leaving without your room?

We're onboarding launching customers now. Leave your email and we'll send an invite the moment there's a place for your org.

One email when we're ready. No sequence, no sharing your address.
