We're building the buyer side of Salesforce
Sellers have had a system of record for twenty-five years. Buyers got an email thread with four versions of the same PDF attached.
Every deal has two sides, and only one of them has software. The rep has pipeline, forecasts, activity history and a dozen dashboards. The buying committee, the people who actually decide, has whatever happened to land in their inbox.
So deals stall in places nobody can see. The security questionnaire sits with someone who was never on the call. The contract goes to a procurement lead who was forwarded a thread with no context. The champion is doing their best to sell internally using an attachment they can't be sure is current.
A dealroom fixes the visible half of that: one address, always current, open to everyone who matters. Driving it from Salesforce fixes the rest, because a room the rep has to maintain by hand is a room that's out of date by Thursday.
What we hold to
Native, not another portal
Dealroom360 is a managed package inside your org, not a separate CRM with a sync job. If it lived anywhere else, it would drift the week you stopped looking.
Zero buyer friction
Every account a buyer has to create is a reason not to open the room. So we didn't build one. A link, an email, done.
The seller never leaves the CRM
A tool your reps have to remember to open is a tool they stop opening. Everything sellers do happens on the record they already have in front of them.
How buyer access actually works
Everything below is how the product is built today, not a roadmap. If you need a security questionnaire filled in, email [email protected].
- No buyer accounts, no passwords
- A buyer requests a link, we email a single-use token that expires in 30 minutes and is consumed on first use. There is no password to phish, reuse or leak.
- Only invited contacts can get in
- Magic links are issued exclusively to contacts the seller added to the room in Salesforce. Buyers can never self-provision.
- One-way data flow
- Salesforce is the source of truth. The package pushes signed, deduplicated events to us; we never call into your org to read deal content.
- Drafts are never exposed
- A room is only reachable once it is explicitly published. Unpublished rooms emit no events and serve no content.
- Per-tenant isolation
- Every Salesforce org gets its own subdomain, and every room is scoped to the org that owns it.
- Signed, replay-resistant ingest
- Registration is authenticated with HMAC-SHA256 against a protected package secret; every event afterwards carries a per-org HS256 JWT.
Come and build it with us
We're onboarding launching customers one org at a time. Tell us how your team sells and we'll show you the room your buyers would get.
- A 20-minute walkthrough, not a pitch deck
- We build a room from one of your real opportunities
- You keep it, whether or not you go ahead
